HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.1137 of 2020
ORDER :
Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayatraj representing respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri Vinod K. Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.5 and with their consent, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
2. Admittedly, the representation, dated 10.12.2019 submitted by the petitioner to respondent Nos.2 to 4, is pending for consideration. In that view, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner and after affording an opportunity of hearing to petitioner as well as respondent No.5, pass an appropriate order strictly in accordance with law expeditiously.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
