This Transfer Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to withdraw C.C.No.98 of 2015 now pending on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chinthalapudi, West Godavari District, and transfer to the Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, to be tried along with C.C.No.17 of 2016.
As per the Case Information Status (CIS), above C.C.No.17 of 2016 was disposed of on 17.09.2018. Therefore, this petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
