This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the order dated 04.08.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1064 of 2017 in C.C.No.57 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Naidupeta, Nellore District.
As per the Case Information Status (CIS), the above C.C. was disposed of on 30.01.2018. Therefore, this petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
