This Civil Revision Petition has been filed aggrieved by the order dated 16.11.2016 passed in I.A. No.76 of 2016 in O.S. No.159 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge (Fast Track Court), Kovvur, West Godavari District.
As per the Case Information Status (CIS), the aforesaid case has been decreed on 11.12.2017. Therefore, this petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
