ORDER:
When the matter is called today through video conference, there is no representation for the petitioner. On earlier occasions also i.e., on 25.08.2020 and 08.10.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for
default. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
