ORDER:
When the matter is called today through video conference, the learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 4 is present.
The learned counsel for the petitioner is not present. On earlier occasions also i.e., on 02.09.2020 and 07.10.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for
default. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending
shall stand closed.
