ORDER:
Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that FCOP No.56 of 2014 on the file of Judge, Family Court, Nellore, was disposed of on 25.11.2016 and hence, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication.
This Court verified the same from e-Courts website and found that the above FCOP was disposed of on 25.11.2016.
Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
