This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.139 of 2017 in C.C.No.9 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Junior civil Judge, Kovvur, West Godavari District.
As per the information available on Case Information System (CIS), the aforesaid case has already been disposed of on 04.12.2017. Therefore, this petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
