This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings relating to C.C.No.1016 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ananthapur, Ananthapur District.
As per the information available on Case Information System (CIS), the aforesaid case has already been disposed of on 22.08.2019. Therefore, this petition has now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
