This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.111 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the VII Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.
As per the Case Information Status (CIS), the above C.C., was disposed of on 06.08.2019. Therefore, this petition is now rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
