This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.85 of 2014 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Thamballapalli, Chittoor District.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a
