ORDER :
This petition is filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking a direction to the Court below to dispose of CFR No.1591 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Piduguralla, Guntur District, in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a private complaint as against the respondents 1 to 9 for the offences punishable under Sections 451, 453, 323 and 506 r/w 149 IPC. The said complaint was filed on 05.12.2019 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Piduguralla as no case was registered by police on the complaint made by the petitioner on 15.11.2019. No cognizance is taken on the said complaint, nor it is returned to the police for investigation except adjourning the case. In these circumstances, the present petition is filed seeking a direction to the concerned Magistrate to dispose of CFR No.1591 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Judicial I Class Magistrate, Piduguralla, in accordance with law.
Having regard to the above mentioned submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the case, the Criminal petition is disposed of, giving a direction to the learned Judicial I Class Magistrate, Piduguralla to dispose of CFR No.1591 of 2019, within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order as per law.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
