ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/ A-1 and A- 2, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.366 of 2019 of SHO, Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 272, 273, 188 and 328 r/w 34 I.P.C and Sections 58, 59 and 63 of Food Standards and Safety Act, 2006.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that batch of Criminal Petitions filed to quash the proceedings registered for the offences under Indian Penal Code and Food Safety and Standards Act were allowed by this Court vide order dated 27.08.2018, in Crl.P.No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

The case on hand has also been filed questioning the proceedings in Crime No.366 of 2019 of SHO, Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 272, 273, 188 and 328 r/w 34 I.P.C and Sections 58, 59 and 63 of Food Standards and Safety Act, 2006.

Following the order passed in the aforementioned batch of criminal petitions, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Criminal Petition is allowed quashing the proceedings in Crime No.366 of 2019 of SHO, Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand
