This contempt case has been filed seeking the following relief:
“… to determine the averred contempt of court and take cognizance of the same and/or issue appropriate direction to the respondents 1 to 6 to implement the judgment of the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana passed in W.P.No.30587/2010 dated 28.02.2019 and also proceedings in ROC No.265/2019-B1, dated 09.05.2019 of Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh which quoted and endorsed the orders of Hon’ble HIgh Court for the State of Telangana in W.P.No.30587 of 2010. It is, prayed that on the failure to so implemented the orders of the Hon’ble High Court to punish the respondents 1 to 6 for contempt of Court for the ends of justice and pass such other further reliefs as the Hon’ble High Court may deem fit and appropriate in the circumstances of the petition.”
There is no direction in favour of the petitioners herein; therefore, the
question of maintaining this contempt case does not arise.
The contempt case is accordingly dismissed.
As a sequel, all the pending miscellaneous applications shall stand
closed.
