manual stray and extended stray counselling or College Level Counselling for Stray Vacancies for filling up of the vacant PG medical seats in the Government Medical Colleges across the State of Andhra Pradesh as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust and in violation of Art.14 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being in gross violation of the order passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court on 09.05.2017 in Writ Petition (Civil) No 267/2017 and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to allot the vacant Diploma in Psychological Medicine seat at Guntur Medical College, Guntur to the Petitioner for PG Medical Admission 2020-21 and pass such order or other orders as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
