This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India questioning the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not taking appropriate action against the illegal acts of the respondent No.6 in making efforts to occupy the open land admeasuring 60 sq. yards of Sri Ganesh Seva Sangham located at Plot No.223 in Sy.No.275 of Ganesh Nagar, Saligramapuram Post, Adivivaram Village, Visakhapatnam, and declare the same as illegal and violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the 5th respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 27-02-2019 and 04-05-2019. It is the case of the petitioner specifically that the father of the 6th respondent filed a Writ Petition No.19050 of 2004 to declare the action of the 4th respondent as highly arbitrary, illegal and for other reliefs, and in that regard, the 4th respondent filed a detailed counter in the said Writ Petition. Later, this Court passed an Order in the said Writ Petition on 25-10-2006 dismissing the Writ Petition. Thereafter, he vacated the premises. The father of the 6th respondent died five years ago, after death of his father, the 6th respondent started illegal constructions over the said land, trying to occupy the said premises illegally and unlawfully, though lost his W.P.No.19050/2004, and now the 6th respondent is making hectic efforts to occupy the said site belonging to Sri Ganesh Seva Sangham and on that the petitioner submitted two representations dated 27-02-2019 and 04-05-2019 to the 5th respondent take action against the 6th respondent to prevent unauthorized occupation of the site admeasuring 60 sq. yards belonging to Sri Ganesh Seva Sangham located
