THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.8668 OF 2013
ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no purpose survives for adjudication for further and became infructuous.
In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
