ORDER: (per Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice)
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent has placed on record letter dated 30.07.2019 addressed by the Administrative Officer, RGUKT, Nuzvid, Krishna District, wherein it is stated that in XXX E.C. Meeting held on 09.07.2019, for according permission to float tenders for providing catering services including maintenance of kitchen and dining halls at RGUKT, Nuzvid, the same shall be permitted by floating tenders through E-Procurement System with revised menu by considering nutrient values. It is also stated therein that RGUKT, Insitute, Nuzvid finalized the mess menu and the tenders shall be floated within two weeks through E-Procurement with paper notification ensuring nationwide open competition.
In that view of the matter and in view of what has been stated in the aforesaid letter, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition and the same is closed.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
