ORDER :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, declaring the action of the sixth respondent in dragging the petitioner and his workers to the police station and beating black and blue as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct Repondent Nos. 2 to 5 to take action against the sixth respondent on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.09.2018.
Though the petitioner raised several contentions questioning the inaction of the sixth respondent, learned Government Pleader for Home placed on record, written instructions dated 28.11.2018 to contend that several crimes were registered against the petitioner and as on date, there is no crime pending for investigation by the police.
In any view of the matter, the allegations made in the complaint that this petitioner was dragged to the police station and beaten black and blue is denied by the respondents. The petitioner lodged a report on 26.09.2018 to the sixth respondent to take action against Respondent Nos. 2 to 5. But, the alleged beating of the petitioner in black and blue by the police is not supported by any material. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that a crime was registered against Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and Respondent No.6/Sub-Inspector of Police, Ravulapalem was transferred to another police station.

In view of alleged registration of crime against Respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and transfer of Respondent No.6/Sub-Inspector of Police, Ravulapalem, no further direction need be issued. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any,
shall stand closed.
