Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel on record did not appear to advance his arguments. As the matter is already posted under the caption “for dismissal”, it being the oldest, this Court is not inclined to grant further adjournment.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for
non-prosecution. No costs.
