ORDER:
The inaction of respondent No.3, in passing orders on the representation dated 29.08.2019 directing respondent No.2 to release medical bill of the petitioner’s husband, late Sri K.Venkateswara Rao, who worked as Hindi Pandit, GradeI, V.M.C. High School, V.D.Puram, Vijayawada, and retired and died on 15.06.2015, is questioned in the Writ Petition as being illegal and arbitrary.
The petitioner states that her husband, late Sri K.Venkateswara Rao, worked as Hindi Pandit, Grade-I, V.M.C. High School, V.D.Puram, Vijayawada, and retired from service on attaining superannuation and due to emergency he was admitted into hospital and died on 15.06.2015. Her grievance is that though she incurred Rs.2,85,697/- towards medical expenses, Rs.1.00 lakh was sanctioned and the remaining amount was not released. She, therefore, made representation dated 29.08.2019 for release of the remaining amount spent towards medication of her husband.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit, it would suffice, if respondent No.3 is directed to dispose of the representation dated 29.08.2019 made by the petitioner.
In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to dispose of the representation dated 29.08.2019 made by the petitioner, if it is received and still pending, strictly in accordance with law, preferably

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
