ORDER:
Heard Sri L.J.Veera Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents.
2. The grievance of petitioner is that he submitted an online application dated 25.01.2016 for online updation in respect of the petitioner’s land to the extent of Ac.2.46 cents in Survey No.257 of Gangaperuru Village, Ontimitta Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, but till date no updation was made in respect of the aforesaid land in the web portal.
3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that in view of the fact that the previous application was given long back in the year 2016, if a fresh application is submitted, same will be duly considered.
4. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application to second respondent within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In which case, second respondent shall consider the same and take appropriate action within three (3) weeks from the date of submission of the online application. No costs.

stand closed.
