ORDER :
The petitioners seek a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in preventing respondent No.3 from making illegal constructions by encroaching on the public road at Ward No.63, Survey No.55, Kanithi road, Kailash Nagar-1, Visakhapatnam, without obtaining any building permission from respondent No.1 as illegal, arbitrary and for a consequential direction.

Heard learned standing counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and on instructions, he would submit that respondent No.3 obtained online permission No.1086/1473/B/Z5/GAD/2019 from the respondent No.2 dated 07.10.2019 and started constructions and thereafter on receiving the complaint that online permission was obtained by suppressing certain facts, the respondent No.2 authorities, vide letter No. SWO/1086/2019/1374, dated 19.10.2019, directed the respondent No.3 to stop further constructions pending post verification i.e., enquiry. Learned standing counsel would affirmatively submit that the further constructions are stopped and enquiry is pending.
3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. No costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
