ORDER:
The petitioner seeks a writ of mandamus declaring the action of third respondent in failing to consider the online application of the petitioner bearing No.RMU011902299926 (Transaction No.TARMU 011902299926) filed under Form VI-A of ROR Act dated 26.06.2019 for mutation and for issuance of E-Pass books to the petitioner for the land admeasuring Ac.20.00 cents in Survey Nos.285/1 & 286 situated in Kurrakalva Village accounts, Renigunta Mandal, Renigunta Sub-District, Tirupati, Sribalaji Registration District, Chittoor District, as illegal and for a consequential direction.
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue representing the respondents.
3. The petitioner, along with material papers, filed copy of the online application vide receipt No.AD 4464839 dated 26.06.2019 which shows that his application is pending since last five months. In that view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with the Rules and communicate to petitioner within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
