ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The counter in this case is already filed. Referring to the counter, learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Development Agency, would submit that the direction of this Court was complied with by the respondents on 28.08.2019 and the order was communicated to the petitioner vide postal acknowledgment, dated 05.10.2019.
2. In view of the said submission of learned Government Pleader, this Contempt Case is closed.
As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
