Questioning the e-Auction notification, dated 27.06.2019, the present Writ Petition came to be filed.
On 29.07.2019, this Court passed a conditional order in I.A.No.1 of 2019 but the petitioner did not deposit the amount as directed by this Court in the said conditional order. It is also the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents that in view of the non-compliance of the conditional order, once again, a fresh auction was held on 14.11.2019 and the same also did not materialize due to lack of bidders.
Therefore, the Writ Petition stands closed, keeping it open for the petitioner to assail the auction, if any, in future, before an appropriate forum of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed.
