JUDGMENT:
In view of the letter of T.S. Venkata Ramana, learned counsel for the appellant, dated 14.10.2019, addressed to the Registry, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
