ORDER:
In view of the representation of Sri M.P.V.N.V. Sastry, learned counsel for the appellant, and filing of I.A.No.3 of 2019 for withdrawal of this appeal, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall no order as to costs.
As a sequel, Interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated and miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
