ORDER : [per Hon’ble Sri Justice M. Seetharama Murti]
When this civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner – 4th JDr and learned counsel for the 1st respondent – DHr submitted that on payment of the amount, full satisfaction memo is filed by the 1st respondent in the EP pending before the Family Court-cum-VIII Additional District Court, Prakasam at Ongole, and that full satisfaction is already recorded in the EP and that in that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.
Recording the above submission, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of
as no cause survives for adjudication.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
