ORDER :
In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner/A1 seeks to set aside the order of the trial court issuing NBW against him.

time of filing charge sheet is not correct. Learned counsel would submit that to this effect, he filed already a sworn affidavit before this Court. On the mere assumption, the police sought for issuance of NBWs against petitioners/A1 and A3 and the trial court, in those circumstances, issued NBWs. He, thus, requested to recall NBW and permit him to contest the matter to defend the case. Learned public prosecutor submits that the case is now at the stage of committal in P.R.C.No.08 of 2018.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
