COMMON ORDER: ( Per Hon’ble Sri Justice A.V.Sesha Sai)
When the matters are taken up, the learned Government Pleader placed on record the G.O.Rt.No.979, dated 27.09.2019 Revenue (Vigilance.IV) Department, Andhra Pradesh wherein the State Government ordered to release full pension and other retirement benefits of Sri C.Mallem Kondaiah, who is the petitioner in all the matters, in the direction of implementation of the common order, dated 15.11.2018, passed in Writ Petition Nos.25587 of 2018, 26311 of 2018 and 26381 of 2018 filed by the petitioner herein.
In view of the same, the Contempt Cases are closed and the respondents stand discharged. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in these Contempt Cases shall stand closed.
