Ms. Neetu Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners states that both the petitioners are major and they have solemnized their marriage on 23.8.2025 and they have apprehension of life threat from the respondent no.4.

On the other hand, Shri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that the FIR has Case Crime No.35 of 2026, under Section 137(2), 87 BNS was lodged by the respondent no.4 in respect of the elopement of petitioner no.1. He has to ascertain the outcome of the aforesaid FIR. He prays for and is granted a week's time to obtain instructions in the matter.
