Sri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1, 2 and 5 and Sri Ganga Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for respondent no.6.

The petitioner, who is the Gram Pradhan of Village Panchayat Kichhuti Kishundaspur, Block Tarun, District Ayodhya, has raised his grievance against respondent no. 6, who is presently posted as Gram Panchayat Adhikari/Panchayat Secretary of Village Panchayat Kichhuti Kishundaspur, Post Sonaura Gaupur, Block Tarun, Tehsil Bikapur, District Ayodhya. It is the case of the petitioner that respondent no. 6 is not performing her duties properly and due to which, the petitioner has made a representation to the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Ayodhya. The District Panchayat Raj Officer, Ayodhya, has also sought a reply from respondent no. 6 but has not, till date, passed any orders in pursuance of the complaint/representation made by the petitioner.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case the District Panchayat Raj Officer, Ayodhya, i.e., respondent no. 3, is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner.

In light of the above and also after hearing learned counsel for
