Heard Sri Suresh Chandra Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and Sri Virendra Mishra, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4.

Grievance raised in the present writ petition is with regard to the land situated at Khasra No. 336/M, Dariyapur, Pargana - Meeranpur, District - Sultanpur, which has been utilized by the Nagar Palika Parishad, Sultanpur for constructions of Nala (drain) and Road, is owned by the petitioner.

It has been submitted that neither the petitioner's complaint against construction of drain and road has been entertained nor any compensation has been given to the petitioner.

After arguing the matter up to some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case respondent no. 2 - District Magistrate, Sultanpur is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2026 (Annexure - 9 to the writ petition), expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection in case suitable directions are issued to respondent no. 2 to consider and decide petitioner's representation expeditiously.
