Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major and they have solemnized their marriage on 11.12.2025. This is their first marriage. They have apprehension of life threat from the respondent no.4.

On the other hand, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submitted that petitioner no. 1 is about 37 years of age, therefore, this may be her second marriage. It appears that the present writ petition has been filed by concealing material facts.

Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel prays for and is granted two weeks' time to obtain instructions in this matter.
