At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel pointed out that F.I.R. has been registered against the petitioner no.2 as Case Crime No. 44 of 2026, under Section 137(2) and 87 BNS, Police Station Pipraech, District Gorakhpur, therefore, the present writ petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
