Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FDRs amounting to Rs. 5,49,641.00 have been released, inasmuch as the blacklisting order has also been withdrawn. Hence, the only amount that remains in dispute and requires to be released pertains to the petitioner’s recommendation for repair of the road is to the tune of Rs.4,64,000/-.
