Learned counsel for the petitioners states that both the petitioners are major and they have solemnized their marriage on 14.1.2026 and they have apprehension of life threat from the respondent no.4.

On the other hand, Shri Arvind Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel stated that there is significant age difference between the petitioners inasmuch as the petitioner no.1 is aged about 19 years and the petitioner no.2 is aged about 32 years. He prays for and is granted two weeks time to obtain instructions in the matter.

Put up this case as fresh on 26.02.2026.
