1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties.

2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petition has sought for the following substantial reliefs:-

"(I) Issue writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing Respondent the Respondent No.-2 i.e District Magistrate, District- Lucknow, to ensure the disposal of representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2026( Annexure no-4) within a stipulated frame of time and passed the reasoned order as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interest of justice.

(II) Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing Respondent no 2 to 5 to initiate necessary step for the removal of illegal construction of wall constructed by respondent no 5 by which the path of the petitioner is being affected."

The dispute between the parties is civil in nature and a revision is already pending before the trial court.

In light of the same, we are of the view that this matter cannot be entertained by way of a writ petition. Parties are relegated to sorting out their disputes, before an appropriate forum/court.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of .
