Heard Shri Ashutosh Mishra and Shri Yash Dwivedi, Advocates appearing on behalf of petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

Having regard to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, issuance of notice to respondent no.6 is dispensed with.

The present writ petition has been filed seeking an expeditious disposal of the Appeal No. APPE/017/2026/Ghaziabad, (Annexure No.11) along with the stay application dated 17.03.2026, pending before Respondent No.2- Board of Revenue, Circuit Court No.1, Meerut, within a time bound period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already deposited 50% of the deficient amount, but the Authorities are proceeding to take coercive measures against him; and accordingly, his stay application may be decided on priority basis.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid request made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction upon Respondent No.2- Board of Revenue, Circuit Court No.1, Meerut, to decide the stay application of the petitioner on the next date fixed in the proceeding i.e. 15.05.2026. Further, the proceedings of Appeal may also be brought to its logical end expeditiously, preferably
