The present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ , order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 not to visit the premises of petitioners in odd hours and also not to interfere with peaceful living of petitioners as live-in relationship. And further direct the respondent no. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from respondent no. 4 and 5.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh. April 20, 2026
