Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Banks have informed the Court that the amount on which lien has been created with regard to the savings bank accounts of State Bank of India bearing Account No.44034854504 and HDFC Savings Account No.50100311434339 are for the sum of Rs.1,16,046.25/- and Rs.12,750/- respectively. They have also produced the copies of the complaints received from the respective Cyber Crime offices.

In light of the same, we are of the view that no interim relief can be granted at the present moment.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Bank of India and HDFC Bank and Cyber Crime Cell being respondent No.4 herein are directed to file their counter affidavits within a period of four weeks. Two weeks' time thereafter shall be available to file rejoinder affidavit.
