The present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed with a prayer to issue an ad interim mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners and further issue a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 4 not to harass and interfere in the matrimonial life of the petitioners.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh.
