This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, wherein the writ petitioner has made the following main prayer:-

"(i) Issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding to the opposite parties concerned to restore the registration of vehicle of the petitioner."
