Heard Sri Diwakar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ashwani Kumar Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners attained their age of majority and they are living-in-relationship and no F.I.R. has been lodged against the petitioner No. 2. The petitioner no. 1 and petitioner no. 2 as per his knowledge and they have apprehension of their life and liberty. The petitioners applied for online registration of the marriage, which is pending.

Issue notice to private opposite party no. 5 returnable at an early date.

Petitioners are directed to take steps within 7 days.

Learned A.G.A. prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file a counter affidavit. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
