Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Hare Ram, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State.

The instant writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent no.2 to accept the option dated 19.08.2014 submitted by the petitioner and further to take all consequential decisions following therefrom, in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was promoted on the post of Assistant Teacher (General Category) by the concerned committee on 30.11.2007 and was subsequently absorbed after conformation of her services on 08.7.2011. He further submits that pursuant to the Government Order dated 09.06.2014, provided for submitting option with regard to grant of enhanced grade-pay and salary, the petitioner exercised his option on 19.08.2014, despite which no decision has been taken by the respondent authorities till date, therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent no.2 to accept the option dated 19.08.2014 and take decisions accordingly.

Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 on the other hand submits that earlier Writ A No.11212 of 2020 (Sneh Lata vs. State of U.P. And 4 Others) was filed by the petitioner, wherein by order dated 8.12.2020, the Court directed the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner as raised in this writ petition, in accordance with law, therefore, he requests
