Heard Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. P.K. Singh, learned counsel for the State, Mr. Ran Vijay Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.6, Mr. Anagh Misra, learned counsel for the respondent no.3, Mr. Anuuj Taandon, learned counsel for the respondent no. 5, Mr. G.K. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State and Mr. Anuj Tandon, learned counsel for respondent no. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are having B.Ed. without Bridge Course and in fact, the essentiality of aforesaid course has been provided by a circular issued by the NCTE and a letter has been issued by the Director of Education (Basic), Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow which provides that registration is essentially to be done upto 25.12.2025 through online whereas there is some restriction so as to proceed in online procedure and, therefore, unless the matter is finally decided, the petitioners may be allowed to apply provisionally.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposed the contention aforesaid on merits but they have no objection so far as the request of the petitioners is that they may be allowed to apply provisionally.

In view of the aforesaid, the respondent/competent authority is directed to allow the petitioners to apply provisionally in compliance of the order dated 13.12.2025.

Let counter affidavit be filed by the respondents within three weeks.

A week thereafter is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
