Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State, Mr. Yatindra, learned counsel for the respondent BSA, and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the respondent BSA submits that the controversy involved in this petition, has already been decided in Writ-A No. 179 of 2026 (Arun Pratap Singh and 37 others v. State of U.P. and 4 others) , wherein the judgment was reserved on 20.01.2026 and delivered on 17.02.2026. This petition has been filed by the petitioners after the judgment in the aforesaid matter was reserved that too without joining at the transferred place, therefore, in view of the settled position of law, the petitioners are directed to join at the respective transferred places and move individual representations before the District Level Committee headed by the District Magistrate as constituted under the Government Order dated 14.11.2025.

In case the petitioners move individual representation after joining at the respective transferred place pursuant to order dated 30.12.2025, same shall be decided in accordance with law by the District Level Committee headed by the concerned District Magistrate within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.

Needless to say that in case the petitioners do not join at the the transferred place, they will not be entitled for the aforesaid relief.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

No order as to costs.
