In compliance of earlier order of this Court, the claim of the petitioner, who is posted as Head Master, Primary School Nagla Mukut, Block Nawabganj, District Farrukhabad, for inter-district transfer has been rejected by the order impugned dated 13.11.2025, on the ground that due to some technical error, it could not be considered in time, and now offline consideration of the request is not permissible in law.

On the basis of instructions, Mr. Mohit Dixit, learned Advocate holding brief of Mr. Kaushlesh Pratap Singh, learned counsel representing Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad and District Basic Education Officer, Farrukhabad i.e. respondent nos. 3 & 4 respectively, submits that without waiting for the issue being settled, the petitioner has approached the Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad (respondent no. 3), who has passed the order under challenge dated 13.11.2025 (Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition), therefore, the District Basic Education Officer, Farrukhabad (respondent no. 4) cannot be said to be at fault.

This Court finds that the instructions received by the learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 & 4 are not proper and in such a situation this Court is left with no other option but to call upon the respondent no. 3 to explain as to how the petitioner can be accommodated when he has not mistaken in the process of applying for interdistrict transfer.

Put up this case on 21st January, 2026 , as fresh. On the said date, Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, U.P., Allahabad, shall remain present before this Court.

Mr. Kaushlesh Pratap Singh and Registrar (Compliance) of this Court, shall look into compliance of this order.
