Heard Mrs. Pooja Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Shivendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3, Mr. Ashish Kumar Nagvanshi, learned counsel for the respondent no.4 and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

The writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent no.4 to consider the representation dated 10.10.2025 and permit joining of the petitioner to the post of Assistant Teacher pursuant to the orders dated 21.09.2015 and 10.01.2019.

Mr. Ashish Kumar Nagvanshi, learned counsel for the respondent-BSA, placing reliance upon the order dated 10.01.2019, submits that the petitioner, who was appointed in the year 2015, joined as Assistant Teacher on 26.09.2015 and worked till 15.02.2016, however, he thereafter remained absent without any information from 15.02.2016 onwards. Subsequently, on an application given by the petitioner, he was again permitted to rejoin by letter dated 10.01.2019 with a warning that in future, in case of repetition of such mistakes or absence without information, strict action would be taken against him. He, therefore, prays for and is granted ten days' time to obtain instructions in the matter.
